Ansys has acquired Ansoft for approximately $832m in a mix of cash and Ansys common stock.
The Ansys and Ansoft combination have combined trailing 12-month revenues of $485m. When completed, Ansys anticipates that the transaction will be modestly accretive to non-GAAP earnings per share in its first full year of combined operations.
