InforSense has joined Affymetrix’s applications programme to ensure that its software solutions are fully compatible with Affymetrix’s GeneChip microarray platform. This will enable scientists to use GenSense to easily analyse and interpret both the Affymetrix Genome-Wide Human SNP 5.0 and SNP 6.0 arrays.
Conversely, Affymetric has joined InforSense’s own Open Workflow Partner Network to provide interoperability between industry leading technologies via the InforSense platform.
