dSPACE opens new sales office in Osaka

dSPACE has announced that it has opened a new sales office in the city of Osaka, increasing its overall number of locations in Japan to four. Having commenced operations in July, the new Nishi-Nihon (western Japan) Sales Office gives dSPACE the ability to even better support its valued customers in the country.

Complementing the existing dSPACE locations in Tokyo, Nagoya, and Utsunomiya, the new sales office was established to provide quicker service especially to customers west of the Kansai region. Here, dSPACE will create a robust sales and service organization focused on the new location closer to its customers.

Since the office is located directly in front of Shin-Osaka Station, the new location is easy to access by high-speed rail services. Besides office space for sales and support activities, the Nishi-Nihon Sales Office is also equipped with comprehensive training facilities.

They will allow dSPACE customers to attend training courses where they can personally experience working with model-based development (MBD) in a location much closer to them than in the past. Thus, customers have the opportunity to gain first-hand experience on the latest dSPACE product functions, from general overviews to special use cases.

The Nishi-Nihon Sales Office will address a broad range of customer requirements across various industries in western Japan, including the automotive, aerospace, agricultural machinery, construction machinery, electrical equipment, energy, motor, and battery industries, to which dedicated dSPACE staff members will provide robust sales and services. dSPACE Japan K.K.’s president Takashi Miyano has stated: ‘I, like all employees, am delighted with the opening of the Nishi-Nihon Sales Office. Now that the domestic four-location organisation is complete, we will provide our full range of services across an even wider area so that our customers will be more satisfied than ever before.’
