Menhirs, the parent company of Bricsys, has acquired the IP for several flagship software products from Ledas, including the source code to LGS 2D, LGS 3D, Driving Dimensions, RhinoWorks, and other programs used by the CAD industry.
As a result of the acquisition, Bricsys and its team of third-party developers will build more MCAD applications on top of the Bricscad platform. The technology developed by Ledas permits the development of advanced applications in the areas of direct modelling, assembly design, and related functions.
