Pharmaceutical company Forum Bioscience has begun integrating Version One’s electronic document management software into its JD Edwards World ERP system in a move to create an effectively paperless office.
Forum currently spends over one hundred working hours each month overlooking the format and delivery of invoices, delivery documents, certificates of analysis and material data safety sheets.
VersionOne’s software will also be linked to Forum’s customer database to automatically identify the recipient’s details and preferred method of delivery, and the document’s will be instantly formatted and delivered.
