Qlucore and Clarivate have announced a partnership that aims to provide researchers with powerful and flexible omics data analysis and visualisation. Researchers will be able to make faster and more accurate analysis of experiment data with a workflow powered by the integration of Qlucore Omics Explorer and MetaCore.
Carl-Johan Ivarsson, Qlucore president notes that the combination of ‘Qlucore Omics Explorer and MetaCore will make it easier and faster for research scientists to obtain clear and validated results.’
Qlucore Omics Explorer’s bioinformatics software will be the first step in data analysis and visualisation, and through integration it enables the user to conduct further analysis with MetaCore’s 100 per cent manually curated drug development content, including comprehensive, validated pathway data.
This combination will give researchers faster experimental results and data presentation in the optimal biological context. The tools are so easy to use, researchers will be better able to easily interpret and explore multi-omics data.
Gavin Coney, vice president, science group channels and alliances at Clarivate, said: ‘At Clarivate we are committed to supporting the research community by providing trusted information and insights to accelerate the pace of innovation. Partnering with Qlucore will enhance the experience of researchers and aid the acceleration of scientific innovation.’
Qlucore Omics Explorer is the bioinformatics software for multi-omics analysis. Scientists can quickly analyse and visualise their experiment data. Adding additional knowledge from databases and the community is facilitated in several ways, and with the addition of the MetaCore integration more options will be available.
