A-Tune Software is to provide German-language customer service for IDBS in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
It will provide training for IDBS core products, technical consultancy and project management. It is hoped the agreement will provide more rapid responses to customer requests and eliminate language barriers.
A-Tune currently serves a range of customers in various markets, including pharmaceutical companies, financial services and the automotive industry. It already has a wide experience of IDBS products, having delivered services and support for the ActivityBase Suite.
