Thermo Fisher Scientific has signed an agreement with Caracas-based Controval to operate an authorised sales centre for Thermo Scientific informatics solutions in Venezuela and the Caribbean.
Under the terms of current partnership, Controval will be providing professional sales services for Thermo’s laboratory information management systems, chromatography data systems, and spectroscopy software and spectral libraries.
Thermo hopes to extend the agreement in the future to include after-sales support and technical consultancy.
