Following its acquisiton by Accelrys earlier this year, Vialis AG, a leading systems integrator serving the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemicals and agro-science industries, has changed its name to Accelrys AG.
Effective immediately, all correspondance with the company should be done under the new name. Accelrys AG is keen to announce that this is a change of name only and that all existing contracts agreements, and indeed staff, remain unchanged.
