Adaptive Computing, a provider of workload and resource orchestration software, has announced it has been acquired by ALA Services, the investment entity of Arthur L Allen, founder, former President and CEO of ASG Software Solutions.

ALA is currently beginning a new round of technology investments and has as its objective to acquire and grow its combined portfolio of companies to more than a half a billion in annual revenues.
