Umetrics has released version 12 of its SIMCA-4000 multivariate statistical process control (MSPC) software for real-time monitoring and prediction of continuous processes.
The off-the-shelf, Windows based software provides is able to handle thousands of incoming signals/parameters, and allows users to visualise the current state of the process in a few simple plots. The software also features alarms based on results, including visualisation and export of triggered alarms. This version also provides functionality to display the results in customisable clients, such as web clients.
SIMCA-4000 12 supports projects created in older versions of the software, namely SIMCA-P+ 12, and is available in both 32-bit and 64-bit installations.
