BioWisdom has released version 6 of its OmniViz software and announced a distribution partnership with CambridgeSoft.
OmniViz visual intelligence software is a complete solution for all data visualisation, uniquely supporting the analysis of text, numeric and categorical information. Version 6 incorporates a number of enhancements, such as the ability to identify data columns by attributes and sort them according to these specific attributes. In addition v6 presents new statistical models for analysing subsets of data and enhanced searching and highlighting tools.
Under the partnership agreement with CambridgeSoft, OmniViz will be sold to academics via CambridgeSoft’s on-line website SciStore.com. SciStore.Com was launched in 1997, since when almost 100,000 customers have purchased software from the site.
